If you are having problems placing an order or with an order you received, please contact our Online Customer Service department at info@freshwaterbrand.com.

All sales are final. We only accept exchanges for products with issues, no refunds. (Freshwater does not cover shipping for exchanges). Once an order is placed we are unable to refund it. Items must be in NEW Unworn condition in order to exchange your order.

Our online customer service hours are:
Monday – Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm EST.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day (excluding holidays and weekends).
